Totally agree with you, Niger is THAT state. Now imagine if you were going to say Abuja or Kaduna? I remember preferring to pass through Kogi because atleast there's something other than empty lands to see.
I always wonder why the empty lands are not out to (visible) use though.

Depending on how much you carry go camp, you may want to stay away from Maami market. 😂 With the inflation now, I imagine the cost of things would be crazy. And yes, it's totally possible to survive without visiting there. I'm a testament. 😅
Did your bus pass through Osun State? I'm wondering why you had to go through Osun State again. Traveling by road can be fun. It's nice to know that you experienced new things. The weather changes immediately after you enter Kwara state. That's when you start drinking a lot of water 😂 😂

I am surprised though, you did not visit maami at all.
I spent a reasonable percentage of my salary there + the money I got from my family members.
I returned from camp like 3 weeks ago. Maybe I will also write about my time in camp.
Once you are shy, you are almost uninteresting and through out the 13 hours journey, he did not speak to any of us.
That was very weird, the only time he talked to us was when we got down at minna to go to our various destinations.
